In the process of printer using, due to the environmental problems, occasionally amass ink phenomenon occur ;This situation can affect the printing effect with printing breaking.If amass ink is very serious ,it may slip to the print media which can lead to the entire printing product waste.
Amass ink phenomenon is mainly the head surface with a layer of mist ink drops,which can cause frequent breaking in printing process, the main reason is likely to be the chalk line is too high, indoor temperature and humidity have large difference with the machine in normal working environment,also maybe electrostatic problems, etc.
According to these reasons,there are not the exact solution in the market, if in the usual printing operation,we can carefully to work according to requirements of the machine operation instruction, this problem can be avoided;At least our Xenons piezoelectric machine can be used by good maintain to prevent the accumulation of ink.
